3月16日, 2020, the Compensation Committee (the “Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Gulfport Energy Corporation (the “Company”) recommended the approval of, 董事会批准, 公司2020年激励计划（以下简称“2020年激励计划”）.
